I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, particularly in terms of accommodation and breakfast. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. It was a culinary delight that truly stood out. The hotel offered a wide variety of delectable options. From freshly baked pastries and bread to a selection of locally sourced fruits and cheeses, the breakfast spread was both extensive and delicious. The attentive staff ensured that the buffet was constantly replenished and maintained to the highest standards.

Perfectly sufficient location for a quick overnight near the airport. Convenient if you have a car, easy enough to find and to get around. Room was good size for a family of four, and the facilities were as expected. Quiet location even though near the airport and main highway.

Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I was happy with the airport shuttle - go to exit 5 at the airport to find the shuttle bus, however you should call the hotel when you land to request it. There are no signs anywhere, and the information desk at the airport was closed when I landed.

Everything was perfect. I can say 10 out of 10. I had a great stay and will go back to this place for sure. My room was at the pool side and I loved it. Thank you for your great service. Everything was great!

The gondolas and the breakfast. $230 a night is a good price, but it costs$320… since I got earlier they accommodate me to the San Marco Hotel (a chain) and the Tower of the Clock. Torre dell’Orologio. Superb and insuperable!

Very comortable, clean and close to airport. Dinner was good. Bed was superb comfort. Nice hot water in the shower.

This was a last minute booked stay to be near the airport for an early departure . The location was near the airport as advertised . The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and spoke English in order to help sort through plans . The shuttle was a key factor and it exceeded expectations . I used the shuttle for a ride from the airport (after coming into Milan via train), and for departing to the airport the next morning very early . The shuttle picked me up quickly and efficiently, and left the hotel on time the next morning , which was all helpful and reassuring due to the importance of catching international flights . The shuttle drivers were efficient, helpful and friendly. The cost was 4 euros . My room was very nice ; clean , comfortable and well appointed . The water pressure was notably fabulous and I had a wonderful surplus of towels . The room exceeded expectations . The restaurant was a bit overpriced , I thought , with extremely limited options, including for a vegetarian , so at the front desk recommendation , I walked about .5 mile through residential streets to a very busy , popular pizza place for take-out . I had a drink in the bar which was typically overpriced airport hotel prices and a bit subpar , and there were fruit flies hovering around , but this was minor in the overall scheme of things . The lighting in the hallways was very dim and downgraded the property significantly , in my opinion . Improved hall lighting would significantly improve the appearance and atmosphere of the facility .

Conveniently located. Possibility to have 3 single beds. Room was clean and everything was working. So far the best hotel I have used in the Malpensa area.
